Accepted input patterns: /playlist/<user>/<pass>/(m3u|m3u_plus) and optional ?output=hls. When Force HTTPS is enabled, output URLs use https:// and port 443 always, regardless of the input port. Default ports (80 for HTTP, 443 for HTTPS) are removed when not forcing, for cleaner URLs.
